**The backup menu** allows you to create a backup of your data.

  *  Backups are stores in the timetattler installation folder under the Backups directory.

  * Be Sure to add this folder to your backup regime.

  * If you are using a hosted solution , backups will be done for you. 

  * There is an auto backup system setting that will backup your database when a payroll period is finalized.
