To create a shift , start of by creating the breaks and timings under the respective tabs.

**Shift Breaks**

-Compulsory Break : Hours will auto be minus if employee does not clock out.

-Paid Break : Hours are added back if employee clocked out. can be partially paid.

-Grace : Minutes before a notification for long break is logged.

-Grace Paid : if this option is selected , if the user exceed's the break time but is within grace period, the clocked time will be auto rounded down 

**Timings**

-Grace : Minutes before a notification for late coming or early clock out is logged.

-Grace Paid : if this option is selected , if the user clocks in late, but within the grace period  ,in the morning.The clocked time will be auto rounded down
